Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Kite Mailer (“Kite”), operated by Africa Code Foundry. By signing in or using the API you agree to them.
Accounts
Access is by invitation. You are responsible for activity under your account and your organization’s API keys, and for keeping keys secret.
Acceptable use
- Send only transactional or otherwise expected email to people who asked for it.
- Send only from domains you control and have verified in Kite.
- No spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
- Honour unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints; Kite suppresses them automatically.
We may suspend sending or access that puts the service, its reputation, or recipients at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of your messages and data, and grant us the rights needed to deliver and store them as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
Kite is provided “as is” without warranties. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of any particular message.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Africa Code Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Kite.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
